Once you have chosen a program or journey with us , please read the terms and conditions carefully, as your booking is subject to the terms listed below. Payment for reservations for any Onaya Wellness,Healing & Travel program or tour will constitute consent to all the provisions in these Booking Terms & Conditions and is binding for all tours.

General

Before booking, all participants are required to complete a Medical Intake Form, in which they must provide full, honest, and accurate information regarding their physical and mental health. By submitting this form, the participant commits to being transparent about their medical history to ensure a safe experience during the program.

Program Details

• The program may vary according to weather conditions and the wishes of the group.
• Onaya Wellness & Travel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, nor for any consequences arising from such loss or damage.
• We are not responsible for any sickness or accidents that may occur during the program. If illness or an accident happens, the responsibility and associated costs lie with the client.
• The client affirms that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the program. Onaya Wellness & Travel cannot be held responsible for any consequences if this is not the case.

We encourage all participants to complete the intake process with the utmost honesty and to ensure they meet the necessary health requirements for their own safety and well-being during the program. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Booking Procedures (Deposit)

• Please contact us before making any payments. A 50% deposit per person for the chosen program is required at the time of booking. Your registration will not be complete until your medical questionnaire has been reviewed and approved by our staff and we have received the 50% deposit. The remaining balance should be paid in cash or via credit or debit card upon arrival in Cusco Peru in our office. We appreciate payments in cash (in either Peruvian soles or US dollars) to avoid additional bank or PayPal commissions. If the deposit is made via PayPal, a 8% commission will be added to the deposit amount.
• We recommend using low-commission services like Western Union or Remitly for transfers. Bank transfers are also accepted.
• Please note that deposits are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we can reschedule your booking for another date or transfer it to another person you are responsible to find.
• By making the deposit, you enter into a contract with Onaya Wellness & Travel. Once the deposit is received and processed, we will confirm your booking. Travel arrangements will not be confirmed until stated in writing by Onaya Wellness & Travel.

Payment of Final Balance

• The program price is in U.S. dollars, and we require the final balance to be paid at our office at least 24 hours before the tour begins.
• Payment options include cash (in either Peruvian soles or US dollars) and Visa,or Mastercard (with a 5% commission).
• The agreed program price will remain fixed and will neither increase nor decrease.

Cancellation by You

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The deposit is non-refundable.
• If for any reason you are unable to attend the program, we can either reschedule your trip to a future date or transfer your reservation to another person of your choosing,in the same date or a different date depending on availability.
• Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation/Changes by Us

• Onaya Wellness & Travel reserves the right to change or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, technical problems, strikes, riots, or governmental decisions. In such cases, we will propose alternative arrangements but will not provide a refund.
• If changes are significant, we will inform you prior to departure and offer comparable alternatives. Any additional costs will be borne by the client. Onaya Wellness & Travel is not liable for any extra expenses incurred by the client, including international tickets, visa fees, immunizations, etc.
• In the event of a cancellation by Onaya Wellness & Travel, we will refund 100% of the payment made.

Acceptance of Risk

• Onaya Wellness & Travel programs are designed to provide exposure to the natural environments we visit, which involves personal risks that could lead to physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to the client or third parties. The client acknowledges these risks and accepts responsibility for them.
• The client agrees that they are fully aware of their physical and health condition and voluntarily assume any risks associated with the activity.
• Onaya Wellness & Travel is excluded from any liability related to accidents or injuries that may occur.

Authority on Tour

• The decisions of the guide or representative of Onaya Wellness & Travel will be final on all matters affecting the safety and well-being of the group. Clients must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
• The client must comply with all laws and regulations in Peru, especially regarding drug use. Failure to do so, or interference with the well-being of the group, may result in the client being asked to leave the tour without a refund.

Travel Documents

• The client must possess a valid passport. The original passport or a copy must be carried during the tour

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that clients obtain travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, cancellations, and lost luggage.

Third-Party Services

• Onaya Wellness & Travel operates part of the services included in the program but also partners with independent parties (airlines, hotels, etc.) to provide certain travel services. We make every effort to ensure these services meet our standards but cannot accept liability for any issues arising from third-party providers.

Claims and Complaints

• Any complaints should be reported to the guide during the tour so that they can be addressed. Further complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the tour’s conclusion.
• All claims or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Cusco, Peru, in accordance with Peruvian law. The value of any damage claims shall be limited to the total price paid for the tour.

Physical and Psychological Safety

At Onaya Wellness,Healing and Travel Agency , the safety and well-being of our guests is our utmost priority. Ayahuasca ceremonies can be deeply transformative, but they are not suitable for everyone. Before booking any program, all participants are required to complete a Medical Intake Form, which must be filled out truthfully and thoroughly. • Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Physical Conditions:

• Cardiovascular and endocrinological disorders, including:
  • Coronary Heart Disease (e.g., myocardial infarction).
  • Peripheral Vascular Disease.
  • Heart Failure.
  • Rheumatic Heart Disease.
  • Congenital Heart Disease.
  • Cardiomyopathies.
  • Deep Venous Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolism.
  • Peripheral Arteriopathies.
  • Cerebrovascular Disease.
  • Addison’s Disease.
• Crohn’s Disease.
• Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.
• High Blood Pressure (Hypertension).
• Individuals who have suffered a stroke with sequelae (long-term effects).
